Svetilnik beach is the largest and most picturesque beach in Izola. It got its name from the small white lighthouse located here. <p>The beach itself is a combination of small pebbles and a concrete platform, the entrance to the sea is gentle, but in some places the bottom is rocky and therefore it is recommended to use water shoes. <p>The most convenient entrance to the water is opposite the Vitaminchik bar and also from the ten-meter pier, located to the right of Svetilnik, the pier is equipped with two ladders for descent. <p>A significant part of the beach is covered with wooden platforms on which you can relax. The lawn, framed by pine trees, adjoins the beach directly, providing shade on hot days. <h2 class='title is-4'>How to get there</h2> <p>The nearest parking is Veliki trg, but in summer it is quite difficult to find a free space here. <p>Izola guests often park their cars at the parking lotLadjedeljnica which is located 500 m away. <h2 class='title is-4'>Bars and restaurants</h2> <p>In the very center of the beach, adjacent to the children’s playground, there is the restaurant Svetilnik, with two spacious terraces offering a beautiful view of the bay <p>The Vitaminchek bar is located in the western part.
