1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please notify us in advance — we will provide self check-in instructions and key access details.
Check-out: by 10:00.

2. Wi-Fi & Parking

Wi-Fi: Free high-speed internet is available in all apartments. The password is displayed inside the apartment.
Parking: Free private parking is available for guests staying in Studios #1 and #2. Guests in other units are welcome to use the public parking areas nearby.

3. Linen & Cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the price of your booking.
Scheduled linen change: For stays of 4 nights or more, a free change of bed linen and towels is provided every 3 nights from check-in, upon request.
Extra linen change or additional set: Available on request for €20 per set. An additional linen set for the sofa bed is also available for €20.

4. No Smoking

Smoking — including e-cigarettes and vapes — is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.

In case of violation, a €200 invoice will be issued to cover the cost of professional cleaning and ozonation. The management also reserves the right to require immediate departure without refund for remaining nights. The violation will be documented.

5. No Pets

Pets are not permitted in any of the apartments.

6. Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours:

22:00 – 06:00 — night quiet hours
14:00 – 17:00 — afternoon siesta

Violation of quiet hours may result in a warning, and repeated violation may result in early departure without refund for remaining nights.

7. Waste Sorting

Slovenia operates a strict waste separation system. Please use the sorting bins provided inside the apartment and follow the instructions on each bin.

8. Minimum Age

Accommodation is available for guests aged 10 and over. Children under 10 cannot be accommodated due to safety reasons — Studios #5 and #6 have elevated sleeping areas that are not suitable for young children.

9. Guest Registration

Upon check-in, all guests (including children) are required to present a valid identity document (passport or national ID card). This is required by Slovenian law for registration in the national tourism system eTurizem (AJPES).
